Life coaching helps you set and reach personal or professional goals. Health coaching focuses on your physical and emotional well-being. With my counseling background, I connect the two—addressing both habits and the deeper patterns that shape them.

Parts work, often called Internal Family Systems (IFS), helps you get to know the different “parts” of yourself—like the inner critic, the achiever, or the part that just wants rest. Instead of battling with them, we listen and build understanding. This creates more self-compassion and makes lasting change easier.
